Rough numbers help: what you spend on marketing now, where your leads come from, your average job value, and which jobs you actually want more of. Don't stress about exact figures — ballpark is fine, and 'I have no idea' is a normal answer we hear every week.

Our home turf is Tampa, St. Pete, Clearwater, and the surrounding counties — that's where we know the market street by street. We do take on trades companies elsewhere in Florida when the fit is right. Outside Florida, ask anyway; if we can't help, we'll point you to someone who can.
