About Rivet
Marketing agency by title. Trade shop by temperament.
Rivet exists because the trades keep getting sold marketing by people who've never stood in a truck bay. Agencies pitch "brand elevation" to companies that measure their week in booked jobs, closed tickets, and yards of concrete poured.
We do one thing: generate qualified, exclusive leads for established service companies in Tampa Bay. Electricians, HVAC, plumbers, roofers, restoration crews — twelve trades, fourteen cities, zero lorem-ipsum marketing speak.
Rivet is the trades-focused sister company of Red Letter Solutions — the same crew that has designed and shipped 24+ sites for hardscapers, contractors, and haulers across the country. The work is live; go click it.
01 What We Believe
Three rules we don't break.
Leads belong to you
Your website, your Google Business Profile, your ad accounts. We build on assets you own, so firing us doesn't reset your marketing to zero. That's the opposite of a lead marketplace.
Booked jobs are the metric
Impressions don't pour slabs. Every campaign gets call tracking and a monthly answer to one question: what did a booked job cost you?
Trades only
We work with established trades doing real project volume — not side hustles. Focus is why our playbooks work: we know what a repipe lead is worth in St. Pete, and how storm season moves roofing search volume.
02 Clients
What contractors say.
We were paying Angi $80-100 a lead and splitting them with four other companies. Rivet got us exclusive calls at about half that, and last August my three crews didn't have a single open day. That's never happened in nine years.
I'm an electrician, not a marketer. I told them what a good job looks like for us — panel upgrades, not $150 outlet swaps — and that's what started coming in. We booked 22 panel jobs in the first 90 days.
03 Questions
The honest FAQ.
Why do you only work with trades?
Because generalist agencies treat a plumber like a boutique or a SaaS startup, and it shows. We know what a repipe lead is worth versus a drain snake call, what storm season does to roofing search volume, and why review velocity matters more for a tree service than a blog does. Doing one thing means we're not learning your industry on your dime.
How are you different from a generic marketing agency?
We measure booked jobs and cost per lead, not impressions and 'engagement.' You own everything we build — the website, the content, the ad accounts — so you're never held hostage. And you talk to the people doing the work, not an account manager reading a report someone else wrote.
Who won't you work with?
Brand-new companies with no jobs under their belt, anyone who can't actually answer the phone when it rings, and operators chasing bad reviews they earned. Marketing multiplies what's already there — if the operation is shaky, more calls just means more unhappy customers, and we're not taking money for that.
